Well it occured to me last week, as I left the internet, that I had forgotten to send yall a letter. I feel dumb...but sorry. So this week, i decided that I wouldn't forget for nothing.
I'm glad that you're all so busy and that with school under way, you won't be thinking about how much you miss me. These last two weeks I spent eating fruit loops and cap. crunch and well let's just say that all the monies are gone. So these next two weeks are going to be a tough ones.
My comp is great, we get along really well and he's the only one who likes to exercise which is awesome. I'm just going to enjoy the next few weeks, but you all should know I've gotten really fat. jaja
In our district, I've got a newbie Elder Spencer from San Antonio,Texas. He is really funny especially because he doesn't understand anything in Spanish, but he's coming along and quickly too. It's really funny because he keeps asking me about things that I have never heard of or that I was gone for jaja, but I get to make fun of his accent. It's really funny when he starts with the..."How did you get accustomed to Peru", jaja and...."The when was the last time you dumped solids?" jaja You just got to love the quarks! jaja
This last week was a doozy, we had very little success, but we found a family that I have a lot of hope for. The rest of the families that we are working with have kind of stopped dead and it just makes me sad because they aren't going to be able to progress and that drives me crazy! I don't want to give up on them but MAN it's a battle that they have to fight alone. . . I pray for a miracle because that's about what it will take.
Then there's us....we are going to start working like crazy to find new families and on building the faith to contact the people in the street. . . that's a tuffy!
