this is peru mas o menos. (more or less) i actually didn´t mean to capture this sign. its for the election in 9 months. they're everywhere.

so this is pizza. we went to one of the other missionaries peinsionistas houses in corrales and made pizzas. they have a giant orno or oven. its pretty cool you can see it in the other pictures. i love the pan or bread as we call it in the US. it was good, but the sauce was a bit thin and way too salty. but the bread was so airy, it was ridiculous.
so my absolute favorite thing about peru right now is the banana farms. noooooo the market. noooooo the house painted neon colors inside and out. noooooooooooooooooooooooo i really don´t know its all so freaking awesome! i love the way that the people here salud one another all the time. i mean all the time.

but at the same time peru has its faults. there isn´t peanut butter and chocolate is dang hard to find. i have a secret stash. don't tell elder castillo.  tons of elders are super trunky. they have 3 weeks left and are freaking out. and i get asked is this too hipster? sadly i just wanted to say why yes yes it is.

the quick stories of the day:

*i don´t have a picture but google granerio. they're not so good. don´t know why they cost so much.

*one of the missionaries was trying to describe papaya to me, and he innocently asked como se llama papaya en ingles? (how do you say papaya in english?)

*we knocked a door and a woman answered or was it a man?????? or both????? we still don´t know.

*my agenda is freaking sweet. don´t have a picture, but i´ll send one next time.

*the sunday shirts here are super thin, like you can see through them, but they are also a lot cooler. so that's pretty good

for cailie: i don´t know if i have told you this before, but they say yo lo a lot here. but it doesn´t mean the same thing. it´s like yo lo tengo or i have it

we encountered tres borrachos (3 drunks) this week. it was super weird. one of them grabbed elder castillos leg and was crying and ohhh my family ... . .sob sob. and then we told him we had to go, and he stood up and showed us where he lived. so we could come visit him .yeah it was super weird

send me the address for elder eatough por favor

oh we can't eat lettuce, pork, or cebiche. i think this is the mission for you cailie.

can´t say more cause time is up.

hope you love the pics.

be strong
and i didn´t get the vid of g dell sad

may the force be with you
elder preece
